so far my day is crappy.
woke up with cramps painful enough to prevent me from moving, at around 6 am. had to force myself into a achingly hot shower to try and stiffle the cramping pains. stayed in the shower, croutched over like a little kid for about an hour. got out, felt extremely nauseous and sick. didnt bother brushing my matted hair and layed on the couch and watched Disney movies for the entire morning.
felt fine enough to drink a slim fast.
get out my laptop, read a bit, then get bombarded with a virus, and now NOTHING opens on it!
i have cramps again.
